Dr. Jacob G. Unger is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing aesthetic surgery of the face, nose, eyes, breast and body as well as reconstructive surgery following trauma and cancer. Dr. Unger attended Tulane University for his undergraduate work where he rowed on the Tulane Crew Team and majored in Philosophy and Pre-Medical Studies. After successfully defending an honors thesis on Aristotle and Socrates, he graduated as the top ranked “Senior Scholar” in the philosophy department, summa cum laude, an inductee into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, and was appointed as one of nine valedictorian candidates at Tulane.
