We are a family practice that began when Charles A. Gard D.O. moved his family from Ohio to Florida in the 1960s. His heart and mission was to love and care for the people in his community and he did so for over 60 years in practice. His legacy now lives on through his grandson, Bryan L. Gard PA-C, who has expanded and revamped the practice. Our mission stays the same, to provide affordable quality healthcare for those in need throughout our community. We pride ourselves in preventative medicine to achieve and maintain good health for our patients.
