The Advanced Center for Plastic Surgery operates under the direction of Dr. Beverly Fischer, a graduate of the Johns Hopkins Plastic Surgery Program who was voted one of the best plastic surgeons in Baltimore by Baltimore Magazine. One of Dr. Fischer's primary concerns (other than making you look great, of course) is to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Towards that end, our facility has an all-woman staff, an extended hour recovery facility, and a relaxed, non-rushed atmosphere.
